This petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 27.06.2018 made in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.10510 of 2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 27.06.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10510 of 2018, the second respondent in the O.P., viz., the Inspector of Police, Thirupananthal Police Station conducted enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.06.2018 and closed the same on 28.08.2019.
