PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 08.05.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6416 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6416 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly 32 days. In this case, charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6416 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
