Mr.S.Prakash, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.6247 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that A3 has not complied with the conditions imposed, and A10 has been very irregular and was absent for nine days. Hence, he strongly objects to allow this petition.

4. Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on both 2/3

sides, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
