ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1682 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.1682 of 2020 and also filed the charge-sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai. However, the same was returned for certain compliance.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The first respondent is directed to re-present the charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai is directed to take cognizance on the final report submitted by the first respondent in Crime No.1682 of 2020 and proceed with the trial.
