ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 506(i), 148, 294(b), 323, 324 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.229 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that there is no case pending against the petitioner before the respondent police. However, a case is pending against the petitioner in Crime No.229 of 2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ before the Vasudevanallur Police Station, Tenkasi District. 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.12496 of 2021 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application.
