This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to take necessary action against the Sureshkumar, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 28.10.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contention raised in the petition and submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.10.2020. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 28.10.2020 will be considered at the earliest. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
