ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4772 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.267 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 15.05.2025, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly without any default and also taking into consideration of the health condition and family situation submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that little modification can be made on the condition imposed on the petitioners.

4.Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified as to the petitioners shall appear and sign before the trial Court on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 10/06/2025 / TRUE COPY / /06/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
