The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the first respondent to file final report in Crime No.16 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Sivagangai District.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the first respondent and on instructions, would submit that in the instant case, final report is filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai on 04.03.2020 and the same is taken on file in PRC.No.811 of 2020.

3. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
