PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 17.04.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3912 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3912 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 30 days. He regularly complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3912 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court under Essential Commodities and NDPS 2/3

Act Cases, Pudukottai, weekly once, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
