This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action as against the respondents 3 to 6.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was married to the third respondent on 12.05.2022 and thereafter, they have separated on mutual consent and a divorce was also granted. Thereafter, the petitioner had married another person and they are living separately. However, the third respondent is calling the petitioner over phone and he is harassing her often for which the petitioner has lodged a complaint. However, the respondent police has not taken any action.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police has called the third respondent to the police station and he has also warned not to interfere with the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed.
