Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SELVIN RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the 2nd Respondent and Ms.A.BANUMATHY, Advocate for 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for cancelling the anticipatory bail earlier granted to the accused. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the accused states that he would pay today itself. The accused has already taken a demand draft for the said amount. The terms of the undertaking affidavit earlier given will be henceforth strictly adhered to.

3.Recording the submission made on behalf of the accused, this petition is closed.
