ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and act upon the petitioner's complaint dated 19.01.2026 regarding the missing original Sale Deed dated 19.03.1968 with respect to Document No. 776/1968 on the file of the Thuraiyur Sub-Registrar within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that, pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 19.01.2026, an enquiry had been conducted and the complaint had been closed.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.
