ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.64 of 2005 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Palani for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 506(ii) r/w 34 IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.64 of 2005 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Palani. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 26.02.2016. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Subordinate Judge, Palani within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
