This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for wilfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2913 of 2020 dated 14.02.2020.

Cont.P.(MD)No.1201 of 2021 2.When this Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2913 of 2020 dated 14.02.2020 has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the petition, to that effect.
