Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.There is a serious dispute between the petitioner and the seventh respondent and the others. The case of the petitioner is that the documents in the custody of the District Administration have been tampered with. In this regard, the petitioners has lodged a complaint on 23.11.2017.
3.The first respondent is directed to enquire into the said complaint and if the allegations are made out take appropriate action in accordance with law. The first respondent shall of course hear the affected parties before passing any final order or taking any action. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
