O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents Nos.1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limps of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) for the respondent Nos.1 & 2.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that though the petitioner has given a complaint in CSR No.617 of 2020, he had not participated in the enquiry, whereas, respondent Nos.3 & 4 have attended the enquiry and stated that they will approach the civil forum for their remedy and since the petitioner has not participated in the enquiry, the complaint was closed on 15.11.2020.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12520 of 2020 5.I do not find any infirmity in the stand taken by the respondent/police and therefore, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
