ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
