ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai to dispose of J.C.No.148 of 2018 pending before it, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) for the official respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending from 2018 onwards and therefore would pray for earlier disposal of the case.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondent would state that the trial of the case has already commenced and so far 19 witnesses have been examined.
5.Recording the submissions made by both sides, the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in J.C.No.148 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
