Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.445 of 2019.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in the above Crime number and though she has given the complaint on 01.03.2019 and First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.445 of 2019, till date, there is no progress in the investigation and the police had also not filed any Final Report and therefore, the present petition has been filed.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor prays three months time for filing Final Report.
5. Considering the submissions, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12546 of 2020 No.445 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
