Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records, pertaining to the tender id:2017-MAWS80630-1 in the second respondent Municipality, as per the e-tender notice ROC.No.387/2017/E1 dated 07.11.2017 in the second respondent website and the advertisement made in the "Dina Malar"Tamil daily, Tirunelveli on 08.11.2017, and the impugned orders with regard to the petitioner's token bid id:142329 in SMS dated 30.11.2017 to the mobile No.98427-99035 by the second respondent and the rejection order on the face of the envelop cover by the second respondent on 29.11.2017, and quash the same as illegal and void and thereby directing the second respondent to make this petitioner as a qualified bidder under Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998, and Rules.
