This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.65 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.65 of 2018 has been completed and final report also filed, which was taken cognizance in PRC.No.12 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithurai. 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
