ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the tender notification issued by the respondents for laying roads viz., Package No.01 in Annavasal and Aranthangi Block and SCPAR 2017-2018 - 5and Package No.02 in Avudaiyarkoil, Gandarvakottai and Viralimalai Block.

2.Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court has passed an order permitting the petitioner to submit his tender on or before 13.12.2017 through online/in person and also directed the Executive Engineer concerned to issue certificate to him.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that already the petitioner has submitted his tender and certificate was also issued to him and in view of pendency of this writ petition, the tender process is still pending and they are not able to proceed with the tender.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner has already filed tender application as per the orders passed by this Court along with the certificate issued by the Executive Engineer.

5.In the above circumstances, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, this writ petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to proceed with the tender as per law. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.18934 and 18935 of 2017 are closed.
