PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., to cancel the bail granted to the respondents 2 to 5 herein by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.5600 of 2019 dated 01.07.2019.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The accused in this case were granted bail by the Court below. Contending that the condition imposed by the Court below was not complied with, this criminal original petition has been filed to cancel the bail.

2.This Court directed the accused to appear before the first respondent. It is now submitted that the accused have been appearing before the first respondent for a period of six days. 3.Taking note of the subsequent conduct of the accused, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Court below.

4.At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the accused submits that they have some difficulty in appearing daily before the first respondent police station. That is because of the threat faced from the defacto complainant. Taking note of the said submission, the condition to appear before the first respondent stands totally relaxed.

5.With this direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
