ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father used to sell Ganja and several cases have been registered against him. Once, when the petitioner's father was arrested by the second respondent, he was harassed and severely beaten and the petitioner's father died on the way to Magistrate's Court. Thereafter, the petitioner taken up the issue and preferred a complaint against the second respondent, due to which the petitioner has been falsely implicated in Ganja cases by the second respondent. He would further submit that the second respondent is demanding 'mamul' from the petitioner and thereby the petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender dealing in the illegal
trade of Narcotic Substances and against the petitioner several cases have been filed by the following police stations. Sl.
