Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records relates to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Ku.Aa.NO.U.Mi.Po/Thu.Mi.Ni/ V.Malai/Ko.Kattu/Ka.No.135/20 dated 28.10.2020 and quash the same as illegal, without jurisdiction and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently forbearing the 1st respondent from disconnecting the electricity connection with respect to Alagappa Silks and Readymade shop service No.170-016-103 situated in Pudukkottai District Viralimalai, Trichy-Madurai main Road in Old.S.F.No.37/12 and New S.F.No.

262/18 ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusal of the Letter Submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Keeranur, in D.No.337/2025, Dated 30.04.2025, requesting further time of 6 months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.293/2022 pening on its file and upon perusal of the earlier order dated 16.02.2024 passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.15522 of 2020, this Court made the following order: "A request was made by the Subordinate Judge, Keeranur, for extending the time by six months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.293 of 2022.
