This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam to dispose the C.C.No.395 of 2015 within a time as framed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that this miscellaneous petition is being adjourned from time to time without a final adjudication.

3.There shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, to dispose of this C.C.No.395 of 2015, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Judicial Magistrate is directed to report the compliance after completion of the proceedings.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
