ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Sub Court, Ramanthapuram to dispose the Execution Petition in E.P. No.77 of 2024 1/4

in O.S.No.105 of 2016 in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioners have filed the suit in OS No.105/2016 and the suit was decreed on 06.01.2024 thereby restrained the respondents from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioners. Against the said judgment and decree, no appeal has been filed by the respondents till date and the judgment and decree has become final. Thereafter, the petitioners filed execution petition in EP No.77 of 2024 for execution in the month of August 2024. However, even after a lapse of ten months, since there was no progress, the petitioners are before this Court with this petition for early disposal of the said execution petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of EP No.77/2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
