O R D E R

The respondent herein filed O.P.NO.3083 of 2018 on the file of III Family Court, Chennai seeking the rellief of divorce. To transfer the said O.P, the wife has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition before this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent informed this Court, on instruction from his client, that the respondent intends to withdraw the Original Petition itself. He also produced the copy of the letter dated 26.09.2018 written by the respondent to him. The same is taken on record. Since the respondent intends to withdraw the Original Petition itself, the question of transferring the same does not arise.

4. In the result, Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.(MD) No. 8496 of 2018 is also closed.
