Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue a patta transfer to the petitioner in S.F.No.130/6 of an extent of 1198 Sq.ft out of 0.82 Cents 33.5 Ares situated at Oothathur Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Thiruchirappalli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
