ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.163 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has already filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10805 of 2021 and suppressing the same, he has filed the second anticipatory bail application.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
