Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RATHINAVEL PANDIAN.J.C, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. The petitioners filed modification petition in Crl.M.P(MD).No.7230 of 2022 before this Court to modify the condition regarding the second petitioner. But, the time was not extended while modifying the condition, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.7479 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 22.04.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7479 of 2022 is extended

further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
