This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to file the charge sheet in original Crime No.342 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police within a stipulated time.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 342 of 2013, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
