ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.10644 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.816 of 2024 dated 21.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. 1/3

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified as to the petitioner shall stay at Thoothukudi and report before the Inspector of Police, Thoothukudi Central Police Station, Thoothukudi on the 1st day of every English Calender month (if is a holiday, then he shall sign the next day) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.

5. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not try to contact the victim or her family members either directly or indirectly and intimidate them in any way.
