ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7339 of 2026 dated 16.04.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
