O R D E R

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for her wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.9024 of 2017, dated 28.08.2018.

2. This Court, by an order dated 28.08.2018, in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.9024 of 2017, directed the respondent police to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the above order has not been obeyed by the respondent, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Cont.P.(MD).No.920 of 2019 for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed, final report has been filed and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.935 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.
