This petition has been filed to direct the learned Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai (Judicial Magistrate level, Madurai) to complete the trial and pass an order in S.T.C.No.604 of 2017, within the stipulated time.

2. The petitioner is the complainant in the above said case, which was registered for the offences under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Even though cognizance was taken in 2017, it is kept pending for the past four years. The complainant side evidence was closed and now the case is posted for defence side evidence. B Diary extract also produced before this Court. 3.Since the complainant side evidence was closed, there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai (Judicial Magistrate level, Madurai) to expedite the trial process in STC No.604 of 2017 and dispose of the same, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposal of the case, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
