ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 09.06.2016. The relationship between the parties appears to have come under strain. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.1650 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, seeking divorce. The petitioner is based in Oddanchathiram. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner to go over Coimbatore and contest the proceedings there.

2.Since, the petitioner is a woman, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.1650 of 2017 from the file of the learned Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and transfers the same to the Sub Court, Palani.

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
