ORDER

The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in respect of Cr.No.106/2015 and to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned in accordance with law within the time prescribed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the FIR has been closed as mistake of fact as early as on 25.06.2015 and RCS notice is not served on the petitioner so far and he would pray two weeks time to serve RCS notice to the petitioner and to file the final report.

4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner and file final report within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for her remedy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
