Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2020 and give adequate police protection to demolish the illegal construction put up by respondent No.3 & 4 in the petitioner's land in Survey No.301/4, to an extent of 95 cents situated at Thengapattanam Village, Kanyakumari District, without any hindrance.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2020 and give adequate police protection to demolish the illegal construction put up by respondent No.3 & 4 in the petitioner's land in Survey No.301/4, to an extent of 95 cents situated at Thengapattanam Village, Kanyakumari District, without any hindrance.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the civil suit is pending and the petitioner is proposed to seek his remedy before the Civil Forum and hence he has sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.
