: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to implement the order of the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.1955/2015/Aa4 dated 24.11.2015 to remove the encroachment in the public pathway situated in Survey No.619/6 and 782/41 at Elumalai Village Group, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District.

O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the third respondent to implement order of eviction dated 24 November, 2015.

2. The alleged encroachers against whom relief is sought for by the petitioner are not parties to the Writ Petition. This Court is not an Executing Court to execute the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer. In any case, the alleged encroachers are not made parties to the Writ Petition. We, therefore, dismiss the Writ Petition. No costs.
