Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to conduct survey relating to the Petitioners land measuring an extent of 1500 sq.ft in S.No.557/8 in Plot No.27, Thuvakudi Village, Trichy Taluk on the basis of his representation dated 27.6.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

There is no representation for the Petitioner. 2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents and upon hearing his submission, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.No counter is filed on behalf of the Respondents. 4.According to the Petitioner, he had submitted a representation, dated 02.06.2016 before the Respondents, wherein, he had sought for the conduct of survey in respect of his land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in S.No.557/8 in Plot No.27, Thuvakudi Village, Trichy Taluk. 5.At this stage, it comes to be known that the Petitioner had remitted the necessary charges on 30.06.2016. However, he filed the instant Writ Petition before this Court on 01.07.2016, without providing reasonable time to the Respondents. Strictly speaking, the Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner is a premature one. In any event, this Court, without precipitating the matter any further, in the interest of justice and fair play, directs the Second Respondent/The Tahsildar, Thiruverambur Taluk, Trichy District to look into the representation of the Petitioner, dated 02.06.2016 and dispose of the same on merits by passing a reasoned speaking order in a fair, free,dispassionate and unbiased manner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

If the second Respondent/The Tahsildar, Thiruverambur Taluk, Trichy District is in need of certified copies of record (s)/document(s), then he may obtain the same from the Petitioner without any haziness and to do the needful to the Petitioner within the time determined by this Court. The Petitioner is directed to lend his helping hand and assistance to the Second Respondent, so as to enable him to dispose of his representation, dated 02.06.2016 within the time specified by this Court. 6.With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
