ORDER

This Writ Petition filed seeking direction to the second respondent herein to complete the process of investigation on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, vehicle belongs to the petitioner bearing registration No.TN 67 BP 7317 was found to be involved in illegal transport of liquor, so, a case in crime No.101 of 2023 has been registered before the Thiruthangal Police Station, Virudhunagar District, and now it is in the custody of the above said Police Station.

4. The Inspector of Police, Thiruthangal Police Station, is 2/4

suo-motu impleaded as third respondent in this matter. There shall be a direction to the third respondent to remand the above said vehicle before the concerned Court, so that the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above liberty, this Writ Pettiion stands disposed of. No costs.
