ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.10.2022 in reference No. RTS22180409, which is pending before the first respondent. 2.The issue is between two brothers, with respect to sharing of property. In this regard, a suit had been filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.437 of 2023, on the file of Sub Court, Madurai. Though two complaints had been given by the petitioner on 07.10.2022 and on 12.10.2022, they have been closed directing the parties to work out their remedies in the pending suit itself. During the pendency of the suit, it appears that frequent quarrel occurs between them.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the previous occasions, on account of similar dispute between the parties, a case and a case in counter in Cr.Nos.28 and 29 of 2023 had been registered and in both the cases, final reports have been filed. 2/5
4.In view of the above, the above said two complaints dated 07.10.2022 and 12.10.2022 have been reopened and enquired further. The respondents shall obtain an undertaking from both parties, so that the matter can given a quietus.
5.The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents on 05.07.2023 and summons should be issued to the counter party to appear on that date. Let the enquiry be concluded by the respondents within a period of 15 days, from the date of appearance of the parties. 6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 27.06.2023 NCS : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes/ No PNM To 3/5
