PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order dated 06.03.2025 made in I.A.No.05 of 2024 in O.S.No.15 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District.

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 06.03.2025 made in I.A.No.05 of 2024 in O.S.No.15 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has challenged the order impugned, the petitioner would be satisfied if the petitioner is permitted to agitate the issues while defence evidence or through cross examination. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the 2/5

petitioner to agitate the issue at the time of defence evidence or through cross examination. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
