The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to make payment of eligible medical reimbursement as per the specific orders of the Government in G.O.Ms.No.165, Finance (Health Insurance) Department, dated 01.06.2022 and as per the recommendation of the Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai in his Letter Rc.No.000488/NHIS-3/ 2021 dated 13.07.2022, within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Visvalingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the eligible amount towards reimbursement has already been settled to the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
