This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 02.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No.18329 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that an appeal has been filed by the respondents challenging the order passed in the writ petition and the same was allowed by remanding the matter back to the second respondent/District Educational Officer, who in turn also passed a fresh order rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
