ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and second respondents to re-issue the passport to the petitioner based upon his passport application File No.TR1075046531723 within the time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.B.Narayana Ram, learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the application made by the petitioner for renewal has already been closed on 12.03.2024. However, he further submitted that if the petitioner can re-apply another application, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 would consider the same. 2/4

In view of the same, the petitioner is hereby directed to make a fresh application for reissuing his passport and on such application being made by the petitioner, the concerned respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
