O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased the property by way of sale deed in Document No.2310 dated 09.12.1989 and he is in possession and enjoyment of the same. While the petitioner was constructing a compound wall in his property, the respondents 4 and 5 were disrupting him and they have also encroached the petitioner's property. Therefore, he seeks to give police protection for constructing the compound wall.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner is having remedy before the concerned civil Court and the petitioner can very well 2/4

approach the civil Court and shall obtained the order of injunction as against the persons who are creating a problem.
