RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition no.6(b) imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9291 of 2022 vide its order dated 18/05/2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMANATHAN.R, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9291 of 2022 on 18.05.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners 2 and 3 have been complying the condition regularly and the first petitioner is not complying the condition. In this case, investigation has been completed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners 2 and 3 have been complying the condition regularly, prays for relaxation of the said condition. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition in respect of first petitioner. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9291 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.8822 of 2022 of 2022 on 18.05.2022 is relaxed as for as the second and third petitioners alone and they shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
5.This petition is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of first petitioner.
