Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned show cause notice of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.76/2019 dated 21/10/2020 and the consequential impugned suspension order of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.76/2019 dated 23/10/2020, both served on 23/10/2020 quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to regularize the period of suspension of petitioner with all monetary and other benefits accrued to his service. O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondent herein for his willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7216 of 2021 dated 30.03.2021.

2. It is reported by Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Government Counsel for State that the final order has been passed by the respondent in Letter No.79/2019 dated 07.09.2021 and the copy of the said proceedings has also been placed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
